The Annual Gala is a different theme every year, and these few years I have created the following materials. The marketing campaign channelled across digital newsletters, social media, magazine ads, and print materials from trifold brochure programs, sponsor packets, and environmental signages.
2026 Save the Date Postcard – Branded by the West Theme
For the current annual year, we are starting with a Save the Date postcard, and the event is held at a later date due to construction and expansion in Sangre de Cristo Arts and Conference Center, building a new elevator in the Jackson Conference Center. We are still finalizing the Sponsor Packet as of March 2026.

2025 Wonderland – A Fairy Tale Gala Theme
For this year, I was glad to have help and a new hire that has interned at the Arts Center and worked with me for more than a year. I learned to utilize the Tessitura program to integrate with www.sdc-arts.org, so I oversaw the project and helped with the type and layout, meeting deadlines, while she took care of the design and illustration.

Along with the usual directional signages, this year created 1920×1080 dimensions to project the auction items for all viewers to see.

A Save the Date was started with a newsletter and social media post for this year of 2024
2023 Invite – Havana Night Theme
this was a collaboration with an illustrator drawing the icons, flower, and plants separately. I put them in a collage bouquet style to put together a Havana Style logo from the illustration.

For this year we went with a unique trifold brochure for the sponsor packet as if they are filling in a travel guide with a trip to Cuba.

Insert is tucked inside this 11×17 trifold brochure that is on each seat of the Gala with an annual crowd of over 350-400 joining us for this great event.

These were designed to replace the outdated pole banners in front of the Arts Center Campus of Santa Fe and Main St.
