The Annual Gala is a different theme every year, and these few years I have created the following materials. The marketing campaign channelled across digital newsletters, social media, magazine ads, and print materials from trifold brochure programs, sponsor packets, and environmental signages.
For the current annual year, we are starting with a Save the Date postcard, and the event is held at a later date due to construction and expansion in Sangre de Cristo Arts and Conference Center, building a new elevator in the Jackson Conference Center. We are still finalizing the Sponsor Packet as of March 2026.
For this year, I was glad to have help and a new hire that has interned at the Arts Center and worked with me for more than a year. I learned to utilize the Tessitura program to integrate with www.sdc-arts.org, so I oversaw the project and helped with the type and layout, meeting deadlines, while she took care of the design and illustration.
Along with the usual directional signages, this year created 1920×1080 dimensions to project the auction items for all viewers to see.
